STRONG NATION SYNC WORKOUT
Strong Nation Sync workouts are energetic sessions syncing movements to powerful music, blending cardio, conditioning, and strength training for a dynamic experience. Inspired by martial arts, participants punch, kick, and strike through choreographed routines, burning calories and building strength. With motivating instructors and a fun atmosphere, it's a unique and effective way to boost fitness levels.
NUTRITION
Nutrition is vital for health, involving the intake and use of essential nutrients. Beyond calorie counting, it's about food quality and its influence on well-being. A balanced diet, comprising fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats, supplies vital vitamins, minerals, and macronutrients for energy and growth. It boosts immune function, mental health, and prevents diseases, forming a key part of a healthy lifestyle. At Fitness and Wellness with Anupriya we help you to make informed food choices to optimize long-term health and vitality.
Choose Your Plan
The training program spans 8 to 12 hours each weekend over a period of 2 to 2.5 months, available both in-person and online. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate from Niti Aayog, valid across India.

The course encompasses theory, practical exercises, and a viva to ensure a well-rounded education in fitness and nutrition.
Upon completing the course, trainees will become certified trainers, equipped to pursue various job opportunities in the fitness industry. Additionally, trainees will have the chance to share the stage with me at events and gain practical experience by teaching my classes, along with providing nutrition guidance.
Fee Structure : The course fee is 25,000 INR, with a 10% discount available for early bird registrations. Fees can be paid in two installments: the first installment is due before the program begins, and the second installment is due after completing 4 to 10 hours of the course.
Participants will receive comprehensive training, including practical knowledge, theoretical instruction, and hands-on experience.
